Shortcuts Dropping out of Fences

Hi,

We have one user who’s having an issue with shortcuts dropping out of Fences.

At his desk he has two screens with his Fences on the second screen.  He’s recently started to use a PC connected to a projector in the conference room.  He has a roaming profile so all his settings travel with him.

We have Fences set to preserve their position on a per resolution basis on both his desk PC and the conference room PC.  The Fences themselves do retain their position on each PC, but all the shortcuts drop out of their Fences every time he changes PCs, and auto arrange themselves along the left of the screen.  He is logging out of each PC before logging into the other PC and other aspects of the roaming profile are working OK.  Both PCs are running Windows 7 SP1.

Any suggestions on how we can keep the shortcuts in their Fences when logging into different PCs ?

I have already logged this with Stardock support on 06-June (ERR-316-80165) but no reply so far.
