Cannot activate Fences
Cannot access ticket I created 5/24/15
I got a new computer. I downloaded Fences, but when I try to activate, it says "invalid product key." I copied the product key from my account. I sent a support ticket yesterday and received a reply with a link to my ticket. Now for the seriously strange thing: when I attempt to go to my ticket, it asks me for my email address. After entering my email address, it says it's not a valid email. I'm logged into my account, and my email is my login. Since I can't email support (or view my ticket), this is my only avenue for assistance. (I have done this repeatedly, I know there is no typo in my email.)
