What's up with customer no support!

After months , as I don't get any reply,I'm re posting 

I know this is old hat but a solution is not around, at least one that I know of. (Dell XPS) 12 GB Ram. Using the latest edition 2.13

When I reboot, all I get is a blank screen (my wallpaper) and if I don't right click, the fences and their icons do not appear.

This situation was reported more than a year ago, but I don't know if there is a definitive solution.

Please advice.

Don't reply to the auto generated reply. Within a few days, you should get some help. Remember, this is Memorial Day weekend, so you may have to wait until Tuesday.

 

Don't reply until asked to, or resubmit your ticket, else you'll put yourself at the back of the queue.

Since your post title is Right Click, this post may have gotten overlooked because it may have been seen as a rightClick issue, and the RightClick program is legacy and no longer supported. Putting Fences in the title may help.
