Starter blocks suddenly showing

Dear Devs,

First of all; I love the game! The ship designer is icing on the cake!

Last night I spend a lot of time in the ship designer to alter some ships and try making them a little more my own. All was well untill suddenly I noticed a square block coming from most of my designs. This was not the case when I first started (and happend around 40-50 turns in. Not all my designs have it, just some. It clearly is the starter block (that defines the hull size). Any way to make it transparant again?

Below are some screenshots. It's the square block below the design (ps. the designs ain't much but as someone without any artistic / design sense, I was pretty proud :))

I think Paul noticed it in the dev stream last weekend and said they were looking into it. You might want to send a support ticket with a save and description.

Thanks, I'll do that. 

 

Edit: Will sending the save file also send my custom ship designs? I think that without the designs, they'd just see blank spaces. Does anyone know for sure?

Save games include everything, so you can delete a ship in a future game but it will still be in that old save.

Which is also why save games are huge! A necessary evil.
