Add new menus to select color using Color Dialog Box

Hello,

I use the last version of Fences since 2012 and I regret that Background Color selector is so complicated.

Indeed, why not implementing a Fences Backcolor Dialog like the "Adjust Label text color ... " dialogbox !!!

Why Fences continues to use fields like Transparency, Color Intensity, Saturation and Tint ? 

If the problem is linked to Transparency field that don't exist in Color Selector dialog, I will propose the 2 following request.

1. add a menu "Adjust Panel color ... " before "Adjust Label test color ..." to allow user to specify a color using standard windows Color Dialog Box 

2. add a menu "Adjust Title color ... " to allow user to specify a Background color for title !!!
