Kinetic Accelerator is broken (quick fix, I think!)

      <Value>0.5</Value>
    </Stats>

 

Kinetic Accelerator gives a flat bonus range to kinetic weapons of a whopping 0.5! My 600 range weapons become 600.5 range weapons, massively influencing the course of battle.  Or not.  I guess this should be Multiplier and not a Flat BonusType?
