I wonder support team is working in Stardock.

I submited tickets several times in esupport but I didn't get any reply from them for 2 days.

I purchased Fences 2.0 yesterday but I cannot find my history order and my download even if it's already paid by credit card and I got a bill.

I don't understand why support team don't answer me until now.

If you see this post, please answer me as soon as possible.

Hopefully someone will see this in the morning.

When you submit a ticket only submit one. Every time you submit another ticket you go to the bottom of the list again. I would suggest you post your ticket number here and hopefully support may see it here and reply to you tomorrow.

jinseong0329 it's important to only post one support ticket and then wait for a response.  Each time you send a new ticket it cancels the previous one which effectively pushes your ticket back to the time of the most recent posting.

With some credit card submissions there can be a process delay [it's a security issue],  however you should receive a response shortly...;)

same here! I purchased Fences last night by my VISA. money has gone, but havent received email Product key. 

I sent ticket too.

Hope you verify it and send email as soon as possible.
