Fences Deactivated

Can no longer activate

I purchased Fences 2.0 long time ago.

Lately on each operation I got message that I need to activate, I have two options deactivate or activate

I choose activate, insert my account details,  activation ends successfully.

Next time I try to work with Fences, again I need to repeat this process.

I am having the same problem on my work laptop, submitted a ticket but can't access it (apparently, I don't have permission to see my own ticket!).  I responded to the automated message asking to get access, I am waiting on a response.

Highly annoying behavior, especially since activation worked fine on my home computer.

boaznahum - It sounds like an anti-virus may be removing the license file from your PC. Check to see if it's being removed and let us know.

couturemarc - You'll most likely receive an email from eSupport with your login credentials. You can then access the ticket that way. Responding to the auto-responder will make a reply to your ticket which may delay our response. What may be happening with activation on your work laptop, is what I told boaznahum.
