Trial license key & expected support response time?

I dusted off an old laptop and came across Fences.  I thought I'd try it out.

i do not know why, but stardock will not send me a trial key (no, it's not in the junk folder ;) ).  I've not heard from support either on email I've sent them.  Anyone have any info on the trial keys?  Also, how responsive is StarDock?

There was a spammer replying to a few posts.

It sounds like there is a problem with emails getting to you from Stardock as a mail to support should have caused an auto reply too.

Which provider is your e-mail with?
