Firefox 37.0.1

Hi,

I've  just updated firefox to the last number (37.0.1) to find it messed up : when I click outside the browser, the whole area housing the address bar+my bookmarks+the plug-ins area gets blank. I have to click once or twice in the main window or over the cursor upon this area to get it repaint.

Unfortunately WindowBlinds 7.x is not compatible with the latest version of Firefox.  You may be able to get it to work by disabling hardware acceleration in firefox.

WindowBlinds 8.11 or higher is required.

I have had the same problem, and have had to change styles, and all is visible again..... having played "pin the donkey" trying to close the window.

In fairness Stardock, have to say instructions for your wonderful things are very scarce in help.

I have to say I personally miss the ability to change the borders of active and inactive windows as per windows 3.1 !!

if there is a layman's way of doing so, then would love to know.

Many thanks

Steve

Well, back again to old number..

I installed the last version 8.12 to discover that nothing had changed... This Windowblinds is still buggy when rolled up the menu bar still hangs out on the desktop (when I've advertised stardock about this almost one year ago...), the tray icon must be there for some kind of italian footbal team support ad the transparency is in no way handled like it was by WB7.xx as my skin clearly deosn't display the same behavior than before between active and inactive state but above all every time I right clic on firefox title bar it crashes (Ok, ok; I do know that mozilla team is not really big fan of legacy coding...)

back to WB 7.xx
