Well I thought my crashes were gone BUT their back!

Very strange Playing on laptop (meets min requirements), got through one full game without a crash. Played next 3 and all crashed around turn 10-30 range.  Crash is a complete lock up, must use TM to kill.  Does not happen on mt desk top computer.  This is exactly the same as i previously reported and submitted two tickets with files (including my computer info from the SD interrogation pgm) If you think it will do any good i can open a new one and send you the files.    Any idesa?

a0152570 is this on Beta 5 opt-in patch 2 (0.82.4.0) if not I suggest you update to that version of the game, if you are is this a fresh game after the update if so, create and submit new tickets after the update please.

For support where examining saves is required, names of ships, planets and starbases, etc, are extremely helpful in their attempts to reproduce the issue.

I have same problem as above - after all my files appear to complete uploading, the ticket submission fails and I get that same error message. Tried 3 times in Chrome and 2 in Explorer.

If you're getting that error it's because the files that you are uploading is too large.  Please zip files to compress to less than 500 mb.  Should the files be larger than that, attempt to upload 1 at a time or post on a file share site with link in your ticket.

you can zip any file folder in windows by placing the files that you wish to send in a separate folder, right click on folder, click send to, compressed zip folder.
