Activation Isues

from Stardock Forums

So I'm downloading my products from my Stardock account and they are not activating. I put in the right activation keys and everything. I even tried the offline activation stuff as well.

 

I install the program like Spacemonger 

It tells me to activate. I put in my information and key.

Once it goes through it tells me my product is activated. Then after I hit okay, a message pops up saying it's not activated and  to go go back and complete the activation process even though I did. It then closes out of the program.

 

Is there any solutions to this?

I'm having the same problem, on a windows 8.1 64-bit system. Windows fully updated, specific addition to the windows firewall for Start8.

I'm running into this issue now on Windows 10 - no apps I download will activate for the past couple/few days now.  I am getting very frustrated.  I have tried activating with the Object Desktop key, with my account name and password, and attempted the offline activation... it won't even do a trial - when I try to go to the activation.stardock.com page, with http it tells me it's forbidden and with https, it sends me to the main site.  what the hell?

drakesteele - Start10 is the only supported app for Windows 10 at this time. I would check your firewall in case it's interfering with activation. The site you may be thinking of is: http://activate.stardock.com/

That is of your own doing. Windows 10 has not been released yet, therefore, Stardock isn't supporting it. Chill out.
