GC Beta 5 .81 Diplomacy tribute effect is backwards, plus a question

In the following shot of the Diplomacy screen, the Drengin are shown as having a favorable effect because I'm paying them tribute, the problem is that in reality they are paying me tribute - 50 bc per week plus a bunch of techs in exchange for a peace treaty.

Also, what do the two separate concentric circles mean, and why is the Iridium Corporation out there in the second circle with all the minors?

I got this as well. Its a typo I am sure as I am getting the bc per week. I dont have an explanation on why Iridium are on the outer circle.

in this case nothing the white circles show races you are neutral with the the iridium are on the second circle purely for spacing

all the factions you are at war with will show on a red circle further out and all factions you are allied with will be on a green circle closer in

Although putting the iridium on the inner circle would have spaced it out much better

i wonder if its just trying to fill out the furthest ring first and works in with 6 being the max per ring?
