upgrade from WB7 to WB8 not beta, SAVE as window crashes now

I just purchased WB8.1 not the beta one.  uninstalled WB7 completey rebooted.  I am running Windows 7 pro 64bit edition.  the issue that is occurring now is when i have google chrome open and i want to do a SAVE AS with an Image file such as .jpg etc the save as window crashes, hangs for a bit then finally opens so i can save the picture. not sure what the issue is now.

the SAVE AS window lags when doing a save as from google chrome.  its like trying to open pieces of the window and it takes forever no idea why obviously.

I had a look at this and it isn't crashing, but it is pausing for a prolonged period of time.

The final release of 8.11 should address this.
