Stupid Question about a calendar?

First let me apologize for the stupid question.
I'm sure many have asked it, but a quick peek at the headers doesn't seem to have my question.

Ready? What is the desktop calendar I see in some screenshots, and where can I get it?

Again, I apologize for being redundent & stupid, but I would appreciate the answer.

You may have seen that calendar in many of my screenshots, so here's a little tip...
Right click the calendar, choose "Skins" from the list, when the window comes up, click the "Background" tab, and check the box marked "Copy Wallpaper". This will make the calendar transparent, which is the effect seen in my screenshots.
