When playing TEC Loyalist against TEC Loyalist.

At the end of the game, one of the graphs shows CULTURE CENTER STRUCTURES.

I noticed the AI had built a bunch of these.

What exactly is a CULTURE CENTER STRUCTURE?

You know, the buildings that spread your culture. If you don't know what culture is, you should try it sometime. :p
