as you can see below, the program window seems to be resized somehow some option can not be choose.
note the botton part is missing....
is there someone can help me out ?

There is nothing to see below. I see Gear has created a ticket for you. The is great however as a Skinner it would have been nice to see the actual problem you are having. Maybe it is something simple a Skinner or someone that knows what the problem is could have answered it on here. Now you may be the only one who knows the results of your question.
Of course I may have the wrong area as I'm assuming you are talking about the program window on the start menu.
