Taskbar not showing in latest update

Hello, i am having trouble with the latest update to windowsblinds with my taskbar not showing at all

I have uninstalled a copy and run ccleaner and then reinstalled it and still will not appear...

i am only experiencing this problem this morning from updating, when the update problem come up that i was unable to set a theme for windows blinds,

it would just lag and not change

 

So after that i tried to install a later version and my taskbar "stoped"

 

please help

I would Uninstall it agin and Try running a registry cleaner as well as a malware check and try again. |-)
