Trying to update?

So this annoying notification keeps popping up saying there is a new version of WindowsBlinds, I click to download it to my desktop and try to open it and get an error notification " Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the file."

 

How to I fix this problem? The notification pops up every two seconds, its very annoying.

Prior to submitting a ticket, running our SupportTool would be a great help, as it will provide us with some insight into the issue you're encountering.
