Help! Beta 3 still causes game crashes

Ok, so I have already contacted support for this issue, but they were not able to help resolve the issue. I am a Founder and have reported GalCiv 3 crashes (freezes) after just a few turns of playing. It happens randomly and playing different alien races. I first reported this to support upon release of Beta 1. I then got frustrated and quit until Beta 2 was released, hoping it would get resolved magically. Alas, my magic failed and the same crashes occurred in Beta 2. So, I quit playing again hoping Beta 3 would fix things. Unfortunately, once again the problem lingers. I can't play the game period. Now, if this continues, I don't for a second believe this will be resolved even when the game is "finished".

So I initially sent Support the requested information of my game crashes (I think this was early September). Support told me to try upgrading my video drivers, but it didn't help. NONE of my other games have this problem. I shouldn't have to update my video graphics or wait for a future video driver update. The game needs to be fixed to support all widely used video graphics adapters. For crying out loud, Civ5 works. Gal Civ 3 should work also, eventually!!

I am running Windows 7 64 bit with 16 GB of memory and an i5 3.40 GHz processor. My video is Intel HD graphics 4000, driver version 10.18.10.3945 (9/16/14).

Please someone in support help me resolve this so I can actually play the game I spent $99 on!!!!!

Very frustrated at this point.

This seems to be latest driver for your graphics card, update to it and see if that fixes anything.

Nope not the problem. Latest driver already.

It seems you had a ticket with us in September. I do wish you would have contacted us sooner to go over your crashing issues, but I'm glad you've posted so we can get you to submit a new ticket with your support tool and details about when the crashing occurs.

Also please note that the Intel 4000 series card is the very minimum card that can run the game as listed in the minimum hardware requirements. You also must know that beta's are not finished products, they are not fully optimized and at times you will experience crashes or issues.
