Where are my order? - Resolved

A few days ago,  encountered the problem when i order product ShadowFx, have paid via credit card, and be advised that it would take up to 2 working days to process the order. and then accidentally delete the items "ShadowFx" in the shopping cart.

Until today, when I log on it says I have no orders and no any downloads.

I still need this software, and I have paid in fact, so help me!

Posting in the "Everything Else" Forum isn't a good choice for your issue. The Support Forum would be better.

Also, I'd suggest sending an email (from the account linked to your Stardock account) to support@stardock.com .

 

Because they work 9-5 EST Mon.-Fri., and it is the weekend, don't expect an answer before next week. 

You will receive and "autoreply" to the email linked to your Stardock account. Save it as it has your ticket number. Don't answer it. Doing so will kick your help request to the end of the queue. Only answer emails signed by Support staff.

You can attach any screenshots to the help request, as well as the url of this thread.
