Just got GC3, but how do I...

...actually get the game to progress to the next turn?

Took advantage of the Stardock -50 % sale, dl & installation went well, game starts fine. But I'm not sure how to end a turn and move ships beyond the 1st time. Options > Input indicate "Enter" is for a new turn? Is there something else I need to do?

My ships followed the first move order just fine, advanced a couple of hexes and stopped (expectedly). Just that the game does not appear to start the next turn, or move ships any further after pressing enter. I also cannot move them manually after they spend their MPs the 1st time. Aside from pressing enter I don't see an explicit "end turn" button in the UI (small/large makes no difference) - is that ok?

I can access everything else, and exit the game normally, so it's is not frozen or so. Probably it's just a very simple thing I'm missing, but a little hint would be appreciated :)

BRight is the End turn button or you can use the Enter key.

If there are still things that need to be done the End turn will not show.

Instead it will tell you what you need to do.

I see, didn't realize that in fact it is the end turn btn down there. Thx :)

Ok, is there some sort of improvised helpfile or early manual I could read to figure out new things?

I played GC II a lot, but would like to have a better understanding of GC III stuff.

For example right now in the ship designer I can zoom or drag the ship around by mouse easily. But turning the whole ship to another angle does not seem to work. I'm watching the "walkthrough" stream in the back, and there it seems to be done just by mouse. Yet after trying several ways (mouse move/right btn etc), I don't get to view the ship's bottom or backside. How does it work?

Turning around separate parts works fine using the "rotate" tools, but that's impractical if you just want to turn the whole ship.

Nope, no yet. But there are a lot of friendly people on this forum that can and will answer any questions.

Hold middle mouse button and drag.
