why i cannot receive the serial number and nobody answer my ticket?

i placed the order a few days ago, but i didn't receive the serial number.

so i created a ticket to ask for help.

but still , a few days passed, no body answer my ticket.

what's going on?

Try logging on here: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products and see if your purchase is listed there. If so, you can download your software and get the serial number from there.
