[Beta 2] Chosing level of Tax for a Planet

Hi, I just downloaded the game yesterday.

I am a fan of Gal Civ II in which it is possible to change / adjust the level of Tax citizens will pay. The more they pay, the less happy they are and vice versa.

I didn't find such an option in Gal Civ III. I surely missed something. Some help would be very appreciated.

Its actually been shifted to wealth. The more wealth the population makes the happier everyone is and the more money you make. Down side is that you shift from research and manufacturing. So you would have to balance that out.
