Hello, I have latest trial version 2.13 how to change fence height?

Hover at the bottom of the fence, you should see a split cursor, click, drag to resize.

Yes....drag function to resize is identical to the Windows' windows....;)

That actually appears to just be the next icon, not an artifact as you say. Since your Fence is the size it is, your next icon is being displayed, but cropped because the Fence is only so big.

And there should be a scroll bar on mouseover to access the other icons.
