[Beta 2] Ideology screen forces you to spend your points

Unable to exit ideology screen if you don't unlock when you are able

I entered the Ideology screen with the following:

Benevolance: First unlock, second unlocked (the one with the colony ship), +40 points

 

I was unable to close the screen (the Done button was disabled) until I unlocked the left option in the second tier. I should be able to leave this screen at any time, even if I don't spend all my points.

Thank you for the feedback! That is working according to design at the moment, but still may change.
