Create color like on Stardock home page

I can't get my fences to be the colors like on the Stardock home page (image attached). Any ideas? Thank you.

Well, since the fences are semi transparent, the only way you'll get it exactly like that is to use a light gray background....like in that shot.

 

Meaning, your wallpaper/background will somewhat influence the final "look" of your fences.

 

Playing with the color settings is all you can do.
