Impossible to activate

I have used Fences 2.0. But now, after upgrading to 2.13 (using Stardock Central) it says : Fences is not activated.

During installation I have received an error message <<Problem : Code 9>>.

 

After introducing the Product Key and clicking on Activate - the window is remaining opened , with the cursor moving arround continuously.

It never happened till now (with the last version).

Please help.

I'd like you to download the individual installer from your account instead of through Stardock Central(Which is out of date and no longer supported). Install, then see if you have issues activating. If so, I'd like you to delete the Fences .bin file from here: C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Registrations and try again.
