Nextstart menus - Please help!

This is the first time I have used Nextstart. I have one problem which is probably so simple that I will feel such an idiot!
When creating menus, how do I add programs to that menu. ie: I have created a heading 'GRAPHICS' and I want to put all my graphic programs into that menu. Should I use the command 'Show menu' and if so, what next?

Have you tried reading the 'Hotspot and Menu Editor' tutorial at http://www.winstep.net/help/tutorial/step01.html already? If that doesn't do it for you, please let me know.

Unfortunately I think not, David. Basiclink hasn't shown much interest in putting the newsgroups server back together, so, at least for now, I removed them from the Winstep 'contacts' page.
