Scrolling in Windows start menu

When I use a "Wide" Windows start menu on my Start8 button, this menu is not scrolling with mouse. The regular full-screen menu is of course scrolling perfectly. Without mouse wheel scrolling this "wide" menu becomes rather useless.

Have you changed any of your PC settings? And to make sure I understand what you're asking, you have the Windows 8 style menu selected for Start8, and you have the Wide setting on. So when you attempt to scroll sideways by using your mouse wheel up or down, it does not scroll?
