Width of Fence

Since reinstalling, I can't get the width of Fences to be less wide.  Suggestions?

It will stay just over an icon's width wide and will not decrease less than that, if that's what you're attempting.

If it's something else, please let me know and show screenshots.

Prior to now the edges would be about where the dotted lines are.  The heading on some fences are long, but I've reduced their point size and still get the same result.  I appreciate your feedback.

What OS are you on? What version of Fences now and before?
Did you reinstall your OS, or was it just Fences?

I did an o/s recovery, hence reinstall all apps.  Using Fences 2.13, not sure what previous version was.
