Desktop Pages is Not working - why?

Have been using Fences (paid ver) for awhile now. I didn't use 'desktop pages' often, but when I did activate everything worked fine.

Now I can't activate or create any 'desktop pages at all. Weird that the screen can drag (scroll side to side) but immediately pops back

Creating 'desktop pages' worked before. I definitely understand and can work with any settings correctly... Simply put, my 'desktop pages' function is broken / not working.

Suggestions?
