v1.01 still free to use?

Hi,

We have a few people in our business who are using Fences 1.01 on their computer and I would like to know if as long as they dont upgrade, it's still legal licence-wise to continue using the 1.01 version freely?

I know Stardock doesnt offer a free Fences version anymore, but is the older one still free of use for anyone as long as wanted?

It was free to use for personal use. Corporate/business use required a license.
