Dock disappears

I have a strange issue that I'm not sure how to fix. Every once in a while I turn on my PC which is hooked up to my HDTV and Objectdock isn't on the bottom of the screen like normal. When I turn the TV off and then back on again, it's back. Nothing else on my screen is missing when this happens just Objectdock. What on earth could be happening here? It feels like an HDMI/format issue, but why just Objectdock?

I would first try to look in the task manager if there is an ObjectDock process still running. If no, then maybe the whole application crashed and a support ticket might help. If yes, then the program is still running and just not visually displayed. I guess you have checked auto-hide settings first; if not, try that. Besides, as it then might be a problem with the type of rendering used by ObjectDock or something regarding general display and/or HDMI transport, you should also update your graphic drivers to the most current version if you not already did so. in some strange cases also a graphics setting might interfere here, but that would be a try & error thing to test (and i don't know if ObjectDock uses hardware rendering or APIs like DirectX; if the later applies, updating or reinstalling DirectX might also help maybe).

I hope this is the right place for this. I love this app, but every so often (enough to be really irritating) it just disappears and I have to go find the file application and start it up; so much so that I have now pinned that sucker to the bottom windows tray. Then it will go days without that happening. Sometimes I have to re-load all my settings and sometimes not. If there were a consistent time (like start up, which it can be), or after certain functions like using Crap Cleaner or some other app, I would say so. But it's not. Very often it's there, I've used it, and I comeback to my computer later and it's just gone. I know there are a lot of variables, but this is just not my most stable program. One of my favorites, but definitely not one that's making me grin. I have to say, I have my original Rocket Dock program from Punk Software that never fails, and I don't think they even make it anymore. Have used it for years. I'm hoping Stardock can outshine them.
