Problems with activation after upgrade to 1,45

Start8 lost every time my serial number

Dear sirs

 

After upgrading Start8 to version 1.45, the software loses the serial number and asks us to do the license again. Please can you solve this?

The activation server did go down over the weekend, unintentionally. Sorry for the inconvenience, please try activating agian.
