Is there an issue with renewing subs? I renewed my sub this morning and the license isn't appearing either online or in the Object Desktop Manager.

Are you sure you renewed the correct account? What I'm seeing is just a renewal, but nothing else on that account. If you'd like you can write in a support ticket regarding this forum post so we can continue assisting you.

I did put in a ticket , I've put additional details in the ticket about the source email address changing since the old email address had been retired for a while now.
How long should I expect to wait for an answer?
