Activation limit reached

Hello,

I have been trying to get my activations reset for over a month to no avail I think you guys had a problem with your support ticket system 3 or 4 weeks back my case got crossed with another guys and it was a complete mess and worst of all my issue is still not solved.

My current ticket is: JQT-243-94289

My ticket that was crossed with another user is: DGF-869-53879
