I Thought I Had Purchesed Start8 in a combo pack with modernMix/start8 together.

after installing both it is asking me to register start8, i put my email but it fails to find it.. HELP

Please try using the I have a serial option instead. The serial / product key is located on your receipt, or if you've created an account, it's on your orders page in the PDF or CSV.
