Start/All Programs. List is empty

Windows 8.1 New Install

from Stardock Forums

Hi

 

On a new install of Windows 8.1 fully updated, with the latest Star8

the Start/All Programs the list is empty.

 

I do not know if this is a Start8 problem, but hopefully I can get some help here.

thanks for the reply but it seems all is well now, I'm not sure what happened but I guess it's

about the new "the owner controls nothing" that seems to be the modern way of selling computers..
