I have read through this forum and checked my purchases... I can download my paid version of window blinds but no where is skin studio. Not a very good way to do business.

Yes like I said... I checked through the forum and even that particular post. I have submitted a ticket, but I got to say that I have been very disappointed with Stardock lately and I have moved on to other options with some of there software.
There was this very issue just recently.
In a forum post by soundstream1969,
apparently an issue for others and being worked on. In the mean, A nice support tech, Gargabee, posted a temporary link for that person to download sks.

Due to the July 4th holiday, Stardock decided to give their employees the week off.
Although support have been checking in on and off, this no doubt will somewhat delay replies to support tickets.
Stardock will return to work this coming Monday and will do their best to get through any backlog of support items.
