ObjectDock crashing when exiting out of certain programs

Just like the title says, when I exit out of certain applications my objectdock completely freezes the entire system. (surprisingly my rocketdock doesnt freeze)

 

The applications that trigger the freeze are:

-Malwarebytes 2.0 (Happens most of the time when clicking out of it)

- Nvidia GeForce Experience (Clicking out of the app caused the same thing)

 

And when it freezes it sometimes brings down the entire computer where I have to ctrl+alt+del to log off then on again to fix the problem. Other times it just says "objectdock has stopped working"

 

Specs

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Bitdefender + Malwarebytes security

CPU i7 3930k

Samsung 840 Pro SSD 256 GB + extra list of drives

48 GB of RAM

NVIDIA GTX 690

Update: I did some troubleshooting in the settings and narrowed it down to disabling the System Hooks and that appeared to fix the problem. I just hope this is something that can be fixed in a future update.
