Deskscape 3 max limit installs

I was having a runtime error with deskcapes 3. I think this is now fixed but uninstalled and reinstalled enough I guess to get max limit error now. I have 195 days left. Can someone help me.

It has been over a week since I submitted a ticket and still nothing. Meantime using Deskscape 8 but want my 3 back. Rats.
