How do I retrieve ALL my software downloads?

How do I retrieve ALL my software and games downloads, including the ones on 'my downloads' page and 'order history'?

yes I know this I logged in but not ALL of my downloads are there. The ones on the order history in particualr and there are no links to them either. I remember doing something at gamestop but they screwed up all my downloads now I can't get access to them at all.

Well, if you did something at Gamestop, why would you expect to find it at your Stardock account? Perhaps you bought a Stardock game at Gamestop? If so, perhaps you should look at your Gamestop account, or submitting a request for help to their customer support?

If you bought the game/software from Stardock, there should be some record of it in your account linked email (if you filter for 'Stardock' you might find it).

If that doesn't work, try submitting a ticket at https://esupport.stardock.com/

It looks like most of the items you have purchased in the past were third party games back when we had Impulse. Due to Impulse now being owned and operated by Gamestop, you will need to contact downloadsupport@gamestop.com for this issue.
