HttpSendRequest activation errors

Rebellion HttpSendRequest activation errors, resulting Max Activation Errors, and mini dumps

First, we apologize for the issue and frustration...

For Rebellion HTTPSendRequest activation errors, open up Internet Explorer (any page is fine) and try activating the game again with it open.

For those that have run into Max Activation as a result of repeated attempts after getting the error, please try again as that has been addressed as well.

For others with mini dump issues, please see this KB article here:

https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Knowledgebase/Article/View/447/0/rebellion-does-not-launch-or-crashes-at-or-shortly-after-launch

If these fail, please place a ticket here: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

If you have already placed a ticket, and one of the solutions above worked, please reply to the email \ ticket that it has been resolved so we can readily work on the ones that have remaining issues.

Again, sorry for the trouble...

No, no it hasn't.

This post was for Rebellion.  That said, I do not show that you have reached a limit under your account email address on ANY product.  If you have a SD account under a different email, you would need to create a ticket and let us know:

I already submitted a ticket (ID: IGN-638-20640)

Further, the response in the ticket guides me to this thread, presumably because my ticket is about SOASE Trinity. Regardless, the problem is still present and beginning to make my purchase of this game look like an unwise decision.

I answered it...

And finally the game is registered. Might have been quicker to buy a hard copy and mail it though.

For all googlers and users guided to this thread: set IE to default browser as well, as just having IE open wasn't enough.

You're welcome...  Glad it worked out...
