Is my product key still valid ?

I bought Fences 2.0 and now the latest version is 2.1.

I am asking because I cannot finalize the activation for the last package of Fences.

Your account looks to be fine at this time. You have not hit the max activation count. If you were only updating an existing install, you should not have to activate again. What is happening when you attempt to activate? Do you receive any specific error messages?

I get the Error-Code 205 and the message to contact the support

First - I have downloaded the upgrade. After some time a window appeared saying that software is not activated.

I have tried to activate it - but unsuccesfull (no result - nothing happens).

After that I have uninstalled and then installed again the software (version 2.13).

The window is showing me from time to time the same annoucement.

The activation (using both methods) is not working.

I am not able to install an old version because I have not kept the initial download.
