all icons are corrupt after uninstalling stardock software

All my icons are white pages now and i've googled around to rebuild windows 8/1 icon cache with no resolve..

 

I've used command prompt to del iconcache and thumbcache with a reboot and nothing changes?

 

how do i fix this?

Have you tried installing IconPackager again and restoring the icons to Windows default icons? If you're still having trouble, please write a support ticket in here: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
