It looks like something caused the global colour scheme to be reset.

I would keep an eye on what you are doing before it happens as that's likely to help work out what is causing it.

I tried, actually, i just started the PC and left it there, doing nothing, and it still happened after a while.

The startup programs are the following:

Copy, OneDrive, CCC, steam, utorrent, unified remote server, HWinfo, Afterburner, RTSS, SpeedFan, raptr, soundswitch, windowsblind, start8, modernmix.

Also, the following applications are set to exclude:

bf3.exe, chivlauncher.exe, cmw.exe (chivalry medieval warfare), hwinfo64.exe, msiafterburner.exe, origin.exe, raptr.exe, raptr_ep64.exe, remoteserver.exe (unified remote server), RoccatPowergrid.exe, RTSS.exe, speedfan.exe, sumire.exe (potplayer), UDK.exe, Uplay.exe.

Any ideas on what could possibly be making the colors to change?

Issue is caused by trying to implement two settings that are not compatible with one another... Having Aero enabled and (if I recall right, glass enabled as well) will result in something similar.  It's either that, or there's a TGA set in SkinStudio that's causing the issue.  I apologize , as I don't recall what setting option it is, but there is an option within SkinStudio that will cause this.  It's either having a glass TGA enabled or not having per pixel enabled or something along those lines under one of the sections for explorer.  You may have to use Skin Studio in advanced mode and manually go setting by setting until you find the problem TGA/option.

There is poor integration of WB into Windows 8.1 sleep/hibernate, and upon a system resuming from sleep/hibernate, this will occur.  This is not user error but poor integration in Windows 8.1 and how WB draws upon resumption from sleep/hibernate.  To my knowledge, the only way to fix this is either reapply the same theme or restart.  If you choose reapply and you have custom font sizes set in Control Panel - Display, a reapply will probably cause you to have to manually reset the font sizes in Display manually.

Thx you very much. You are absolutely right for the slepp/hibernate mode.

I haven't arrived to resolve the other issue.
