Install Help

I received a notice that my trial had expired. I purchased the Stardoc8 online. I did the download. It required a restart. Once restarted it said the trail had expired, did I want to remove it. I said yes. Now no version is on the system that I can tell, no Start button etc. How do I get the install to work and NOT have the trial expired interception?
