Will WB be able to change my fonts

Hello,

  Just purchased a new desktop pc with Windows 8.1  Used to have XP and had WB on it and loved it.  Ok....here is my question/issue: since Windows 8.1 has a default font that can't be changed in the menu....tooltips.....message boxes...title bars......etc will WB be able to make these changes to a font of my choice (example comic sans...tahoma..etc).  Thank you,.

I'm using WB7 but there is a tab down on the bottom that suggests this, it's labeled "fonts".
