I loaded Fences. When I created a new Fence, and all my desktop icons disappeared.

I uninstalled Fences and my icons returned.

I reinstalled Fences. My Icons stayed put with the exception of my Recycle Bin. It was gone.

I disable Fences, my Recycle Bin came back.

When I re-enabled fences, my Recycle bin again disappeared.

When  I disable Fences, my Recycle Bin comes back.

Moral: Always try the free copy before you give up the $9.95.

Perhaps the Recycle Bin icon is on another desktop page. Please see the following: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/456/115/my-icons-are-missing

If you find that it re-appears when you disable desktop pages, turn it back on and then follow the instructions on the 'Using desktop pages' section of the configure Fences window to see how to switch between pages to find it.
